About RBC
RBC for Schools was founded in 2004, is run by partners, Carolyn Reed and Justin Webster and is affiliated to Reed Brand Communication Limited.
"We launched RBC for Schools after making numerous Open Day visits searching for suitable schools for our children. As marketing professionals, we noticed the disparity in presentation standards and quickly realised how befuddled parents could become (as we did!) if a school's ethos, cultural differences and identity, weren't made crystal clear.
"As a result we have adapted commercial branding and marketing techniques used for our retail and business clients, to specifically service the needs of schools and colleges."
Carolyn Reed: Strategic & Creative Director
Carolyn is a designer who has worked for M&S, Coty, Sainsburys, Woolworths and Virgin Atlantic (to name but a few), creating, building and implementing brand marketing programmes. She won D&AD design awards for her clever and practical solutions and several of her interior makeovers have been featured in the national press. She relishes the challenge of investigating and defining a school's brand ethos and then evolving a brand communication programme that communicates it through all delivery channels, on time and on budget.
Justin Webster: Managing & Technical Director
Justin is responsible for the implementation of brand marketing programmes managing artwork, print and production. He is an avid Apple devotee and ensures the latest software is being utilised to streamline production for clients, making it easier for them to manage their marketing needs on a day to day basis.
